About Cordova Cabins
Pintail Cabin Interior
Availability of the seven modern cabins at Cordova Park is limited, so please request information well in advance of your arrival. The Cordova Park cabins are available year-round for rental, with the summer season beginning the Friday before Memorial Day and running until the Friday before Labor Day. During the summer season, the cabins are available by the week on a Friday-to-Friday reservation system. During the winter season, reservations may be made for a minimum of two nights. A $100 reservation deposit is required.
The cabins come equipped with a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, central air/heat, satellite TV, beds and porch furniture. Smoking, kegs and pets are prohibited in the cabins. The cabins do not include bedding, table service, dish cloths, bath linens, toiletries or dish soap.
Spruce, Pine, Oak and Maple cabins sleep a maximum of eight people per cabin; five people comfortably. Summer season weekly rate is $735 and the winter season rate is $210 for two nights.*
Widgeon, Mallard and Pintail cabins sleep a maximum of 12 people per cabin; 10 comfortably. The three larger cabins also include an electric fireplace, two-person jacuzzi-style tub and foosball table. Summer season weekly rate is $945 and the winter season rate is $274 for two nights.*

These modern cabins are managed by the Marion County Conservation Board at Cordova Park. There are 4 smaller cabins and 3 larger cabins. The larger cabins have a 2-person whirlpool tub.
Summer Season: starts the Friday before Memorial Day and runs until the Friday before Labor Day.
A. Reservations are for Friday to Friday weeks only.
B. Week Rate: Spruce, Pine, Oak & Maple cabins $735.00/week (includes tax)
C. Week rate: Wigeon, Mallard, & Pintail cabins $945.00/week (includes tax)

D. 14 day limit per reservation.
E. Subleasing is prohibited.
Winter Season: starts the Friday before Labor Day and continues until the Friday before Memorial Day.
A. Reservations may be made for a minimum of two nights during this season.
B. Daily rate: Spruce, Pine, Oak, & Maple $105.00/night (includes tax)
C. Daily rate: Widgeon, Mallard, & Pintail $137.00/night (includes tax)
*Rates subject to change January 1st of each year, ask for current rates at the time of reservation.
- A $150.00 reservation deposit is required. The Conservation Board must receive this deposit within 10 days after the reservation request in order to confirm the reservation. The reservation is cancelled if payment is not received within this time frame.
- $75.00 of this deposit is non-refundable the other $75.00 will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the reservation date. No refund will be made after this time.
- A Refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $150.00 is required at time of check-in for all of our cabins.

These cabins are located below the dam on the river near the Gladys Black Bald Eagle Refuge. There is great access to the Volksweg Trail and fishing. The cabins sleep 2 to 4 people. If you are planning a romantic weekend away from it all, check out these cabins.
