Apples are a nutritious and delicious food! Join MCCD and guest presenter Mary Blair, Naturalist with Iowa County Conservation, for a hands-on program and learn how to process and preserve apples. You will learn about different preservation methods for the apple, how to use the whole fruit to make apple cider vinegar and applesauce during a slide presentation. Then put your new knowledge to work and make each of these to take home with you.
There is a materials fee of $10. Register is required and space is limited. This program is geared towards those 16+
